It's salad week and we're even having salad for breakfast! (Well John and I are.)

Breakfast Salad

Spinach
Diced apple
Blueberries
Pecans
Feta Cheese
Grapefruit Vinaigrette

Grapefruit Vinaigrette
Juice of one grapefruit
1 1/2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 cup canola oil
