Creamy Chicken and Cauliflower Rice Soup
So I guess Sundays are gonna be new soup Sundays. This weeks creation:
Creamy Chicken and Cauliflower Rice Soup
4 Tbsp butter
3 to 4 stalks of celery sliced
3 to 4 carrots sliced
1/2 onion diced
1/4 cup flour
Bay leaf
6 cups chicken broth
1 cup diced chicken
1 1/2 cups cauliflower rice
3 cups milk
Spices to taste: garlic, pepper, parsley.
Melt butter.  Saute celery,  carrots,  and onion until softened (about 10 minutes). Sprinkle flour to coat vegetables and stir for final 2 minutes. 
Return to a boil after each step:
Add chicken broth and bay leaf.  
Add chicken. 
Add cauliflower rice.  
Add milk.
Add spices.
