Swiss Chicken

All week we have been trying out EASY recipes from the Internet. When possible,  I'm trying to make them even easier because we are SWAMPED over here.  This one DELIVERED!  It was VERY easy and VERY yummy!

Swiss Chicken

Chicken breasts
Swiss cheese
Cream of chicken soup

Place the chicken breasts in a 9x13 pan. Salt and pepper the chicken. Cover the chicken with slices of Swiss cheese.  Pour cream of chicken soup and then one can of milk over the cheese.  Cover with panko.

Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.  Then bake uncovered until panko browns.

We served it with couscous and broccoli.
