Creamy Tomato Soup
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
4 cups chicken broth
Basil
Garlic
Minced onion
Pepper
1 cup heavy cream
Toss that in the slow cooker.
Roux:
3 Tbsp butter
1/4 cup flour
1 cup heavy cream
Whisk in the roux. Incorporate 2 cups of parmesan. Leave in the slow cooker for 30 more minutes.
