Lasagna Soup
1 lb ground beef
1 lb Italian sausage
1 white onion
2 tsp minced garlic
Saute it.
2 15oz cans tonato sauce
Red pepper flakes
Italian seasoning
8 cups chicken broth
Bring it to a boil.
Half a bag of fresh spinach.
1 box Mafalda pasta (or broken up lasagna noodles)
Return to a boil for 5 minutes. Reduce Heat and cook for 5 more minutes.
Let it breathe a little.
Topping:
Container of ricotta
2 cups Mozzarella
1 cup parmesan
Mix that together.
I actually put my topping on the bottom. I put a scoop in my bowl, and then I ladle soup over the top of it so it will melt.
