Broccoli Alfredo Soup
Saute two cups of broccoli and three tablespoons of butter . Season with garlic , salt , pepper , Italian seasoning , and a small dash of crushed red pepper flakes . Coat with 1/4 cup of flour and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add 2 cups of heavy cream and five cups of chicken stock . Simmer 5 to 7 minutes. Add two cups of cheese tortellini . Return to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer 3 to 5 minutes. Add 2 cups parmesan. Cook until cheese is melted.
