Broccoli Alfredo Soup

Saute two cups of broccoli and three tablespoons of butter. Season with garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and a small dash of crushed red pepper flakes. Coat with 1/4 cup of flour and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add 2 cups of heavy cream and five cups of chicken stock. Simmer 5 to 7 minutes. 

Add two cups of cheese tortellini. Return to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer 3 to 5 minutes. Add 2 cups parmesan. Cook until cheese is melted.
